Silver Sneakers "Silver Power Hour" Targets novice and veteran older adult exercisers looking to establish and maintain a physically-active lifestyle. With 30 minutes of warm-up and cardio followed by 30 minutes of strength training, balance exercises, core training, and cool-down. Strength training uses dumbbells, stretch bands, and body weight. The balance and core exercises use body weight, stability balls and medicine balls.   Our 75-year-old instructor has five fitness certifications and a Master’s Degree from Upstate Medical University and is prepared to accommodate and target your medical needs and limitations. Our Tuesday Class uses 'STEPS' (optional) , our Friday class does not. ALL SILVER SNEAKERS and SILVER & FIT PARTICIPANTS ARE WELCOME.
TOTALBODY  A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. Total body incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles.

FAT BLASTER   If your workout feels like a chore its time to discover a new way to get fit. Burn the fat with this High intensity Cardio Class.  We will offer a series of upper and lower body moves that will increase your heart rate in turn burning the fat.  Work at your own level............. beginner and advanced modifications shown.
